Community Life

Life in common is a great help to give balance to our life of prayer. Under the care and guidance of the Prioress and within a loving family atmosphere, each Sister is protected in truth. Each one’s willing surrender of her gifts and talents to the Community, benefits all and the individual Sister herself in wholesome growth. Two periods of recreation each day provide the necessary joy and relaxation to an otherwise austere life. Our Lord’s own commandment, “Love one another as I have loved you,” becomes a reality of life-giving joy.
